This is the one that started it all. We were sick of humping around amps that were too loud and too heavy, so we set out to design one that was as compact as possible, but could keep up with a loud drummer and have that iconic pure valve tone. The first one we built was used for every single gig, rehearsal and recording and passed its apprenticeship with flying colours. We soon built more for the rest of the band.
It’s loosely based on Fender’s iconic 5E3 deluxe, but has two completely separate channels, each with tone and volume controls.
The second channel can be used for vocals at rehearsals or keyboards. Handles pedals beautifully.
